Temple School Refund Policy

At The Temple School, we are committed to providing transformative, educational experiences designed to support your awakening, personal growth, and mastery of the mind, body, and soul. Because our teachings, activations, and digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, we maintain the following refund guidelines:

Digital Courses, Guides, and Downloads

All digital purchases—including online courses, how-to activation guides, scripts, meditations, videos, and printable materials—are non-refundable. Once access has been granted or files have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Live Classes, Workshops, and Group Sessions

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled live class or workshop may be eligible for a credit toward a future Temple School offering. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours, or for non-attendance, as space and energetic preparation are held specifically for you.

1:1 Sessions

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice—or no-shows—are non-refundable.

Retreats & Special Events

Retreats, immersions, and multi-day events follow a separate cancellation policy due to venue commitments, limited capacity, and upfront costs. Please refer to the specific retreat terms at the time of booking.

Program Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds on digital or experiential products, we deeply value your experience. If you feel something was misrepresented or you're unclear on how to use a tool, please email us at info@thetempleschool.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist and ensure you receive the support you need.
